Refund Policy for CC CALIFORNIA ART
CC CALIFORNIA ART provides Art Classes services to clients via subscription. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and clients will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription term.
If a client believes they have been incorrectly charged or billed for the service, they may request a refund by contacting CC CALIFORNIA ART’s customer support team. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of CC CALIFORNIA ART.
CC CALIFORNIA ART reserves the right to modify the subscription fees for the Art Classes service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to the client. If the subscription fees are modified, the new fees will be applied to the client’s next subscription term.

If CC CALIFORNIA ART terminates a client’s access to the Art Classes service for a violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason, the client will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
CC CALIFORNIA ART will not be liable to any client or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service or any feature or functionality thereof, or for any refunds of subscription fees, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
